Producer/Writer/Keyboardist Bob Mondy had years of performing experience before he decided to put his own show together. After the requisite "dues paying" on the bar circuit, he had more recently performed in a variety of tribute shows. But he had a vision of his own – a very different project. Something new and exciting for audiences who wanted something they hadn’t seen before.
He needed to assemble musicians and singers, but he needed the right people. After many auditions and try-outs, the pieces came together – experienced, professional performers with a wealth of talent and performing experience. They dedicated themselves to the show that Bob presented to them.
Band members worked individually on their parts, then met in small groups to tighten up vocal and musical arrangements. When the show’s script was ready, parts were assigned and the singers memorized their lines. The audio-visual portions of the show were created. Cellar Full of Noise was ready for the stage!
Thanks to the band’s hard work, faith and dedication, All 4 Love became a reality: an exciting production dedicated to preserving the music and memory of four great singers from the 1960s – Petula Clark, Dusty Springfield, Connie Francis and Lesley Gore!
Meet the talented performers who have been thrilling audiences in All 4 Love:
Leanne Bater -- Vocalist
Leanne began singing “seriously” when she was just a teenager. It was as a member of several choral groups that she first developed her voice and harmony skills. College followed, and with it, further voice training, including studying and performing opera. With graduation, her singing aspirations were on hold, as she started a career – and a family. Her interest in music never stopped. She still found time to be a solo vocalist at church weddings and at opening ceremonies for football and hockey games. The latest addition to the All 4 Love ensemble, Leanne was "re-discovered" while "just having a good time" at a restaurant's Karaoke Night. With her family in full support, she can't wait to start performing onstage again.
Tracy "Opal Rose" Griffin -- Vocalist
Tracy and singing: it was love at first sight – or sound, that is. From a very early age, she became acquainted with an eclectic mix of musical styles through music she heard on the family's albums and the 45-rpm singles she bought. AM radio expanded her interests. Like many, she found herself singing along with everything she heard: sound tracks from Broadway and movie musicals, Country & Western tunes and, of course, the Top-40 hits. Unlike most, she was soon working with popular local bands. She may have left life on the stage to raise a family, but never stopped singing. When she returned to the stage she didn’t skip a beat: her band opened for several national acts and was a headliner at numerous festivals. Tracy is thrilled to add her voice to All 4 Love. It's her first stage show.
Lance Hoffman -- Saxophone/Keyboards/Ukulele
A dynamic multi-dimensional performer, Lance brings incredible and varied experience to the stage in All 4 Love. Having honed his saxophone skills on the high seas, playing in the house band on
several cruise ships, he settled eventually on dry land where he continued performing in bands and working onstage as an actor and singer. His versatility on multiple instruments keeps Lance in demand on the music scene. Currently he works with a country band, as well as with a Bruce Springsteen Tribute Show. And as if that isn't enough, Lance is also band leader for the fabulous
17-piece Lance Hoffman Orchestra.
Jim Ingalls -- Narrator/Manager/Technician
Jim loves music. Period. In all its forms. He spent over 20 years as a mobile DJ for both private and public events, frequently serving as host for many Karaoke nights. Along the way, he accumulated an encyclopedic knowledge of song titles and the artists who recorded them! Recently he's decided to become more "hands on" in music, teaching himself to play bass guitar. Jim has attended every rehearsal for this show, running the sound system and serving as the band's technician. He created the show's audio-visual elements, recorded the announcements heard, and works hand-in-hand with the sound and lighting techs at every venue. Simply put, All 4 Love wouldn't exist without his expertise!
Robin Ingalls -- Vocalist
Drawing upon her experiences performing on stage – and staging her own productions – Robin brings strong first-hand stage experience to All 4 Love. Among the many theatrical shows in which she has acted and sung are Once Upon a Mattress and Annie. She has also been a vocalist and keyboardist in several rock and roll, pop and country bands around New York State. As a solo artist, Robin has become proficient in a variety of musical genres, accompanying herself on the keyboard at restaurants and Country Clubs as well as at many wedding venues and churches.
Hank McCollough -- Guitar
Hank began playing guitar in grammar school, and he's built an impressive careeer as a prolific songwriter, producer and studio musician. In his travels around the country, he has backed up a Who's Who of legendary R&B acts: The Vandellas, Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, The Shirelles, Chairmen of the Board and Archie Bell, to name a few. He has also found time to become a much sought-after sideman and arranger in the busy Southeastern US "Beach Music" scene. Hank found the All 4 Love script and song selection too special to pass up. He's excited and eager to bring those 1960s studio sounds to the stage.
Tim Micsak -- Bass Guitar
Guitarist, composer, arranger and songwriter – Tim has become accomplished in each
while playing in a number of classic rock bands. Most recently he has been lead guitarist
for several touring country music tribute acts, performing shows in theaters from Maine and Rhode Island to Iowa and Wisconsin. These shows have opened for, and shared the stage with, some musical greats including Mickey Gilley and Hall-of-Famer Brenda Lee. Tim brings his tribute act skills to All 4 Love while taking on a new role as Bassist. He can't wait to see where this new role takes him!
Bob Mondy -- Keyboards/Writer/Producer
When Bob was still in high school, a friend heard him playing the organ at a church service and invited him into his first band. Since then Bob has been a member or founder of bands in New York and Ohio, performing a variety of musical genres and writing songs for these groups along the way. All 4 Love, his first show as writer and producer, is a true labor of love for Bob. The show reflects his abiding love of pop music and 4 unforgettable performers from the 1960s. In addition to his keyboard duties in the show, Bob brings the full repertoire of skills he's gained while performing in stage shows over the past two decades. He could not be more proud of his collaborators on this special project and is grateful for their tireless dedication and commitment to their art.
Deb Mondy -- Vocalist/Percussion
The term "band wife" doesn't begin to do justice to the considerable range and proficiency of Deb's behind-the-scenes activities over the years. Her skills and hard work helped make numerous band and
stage shows come off flawlessly. She has worked in many capacities: secretary, seamstress/costumer, promoter, booking agent, lighting designer/operator, stage director and all-round organizer.
She was content to remain off-stage – until her husband needed her to step up "twenty feet from stardom" and sing too! All 4 Love is her third stage show.

Dave "Tank" Taney -- Drums
If Dave inherited his musical genes from his father, a popular jazz piano player, it was on his own that he's become a fixture on the Western New York regional music scene for over 40 years, playing a staggering variety of music from big band jazz to country, pop and rock & roll. For the past two decades, Dave has worked with the well-known party band Nik and the Nice Guys, performing at several Super Bowls and NHL All-Star games, as well as at fairs & festivals, high profile corporate events, and weddings across the USA and Canada. Drawing on his experience in all styles of music, Dave looks forward to "laying down the groove" with Cellar Full of Noise in All 4 Love!
